Join us for the book anniversary of “Escape to Butterfly Ave” by Max Evans.
✨ Book Illustrations: Witness curated pieces by artist Katie Dezember (IG: kdezember22) of scenes inspired by `the novel. Attendees on-site that evening who purchase a copy will receive a $10 discount toward any of the works on Katie’s table.
✨ Craft Cocktails: Sip on specialty craft drinks that pair with the novel, exclusively available at The Wicked Wolf Cocktail Lounge!
✨ Hip Hop: One of the artists whose song that a chapter is based upon will be in attendance!
✨ Care Closet: A presentation by this nonprofit will discuss how they keep our city clean. To keep Long Beach looking good, **please donate plastic bags and works gloves** to their worthy cause.
✨ Meet the Author: Lifetime Long Beach writer Max Evans will be in attendance for an engaging conversation and book signing!
✨ Art Exhibit: Witness paintings by Jon Luc from the Got the Morbs studio.
✨ Movie Appetizer: Watch “Killer Klowns from Outer Space” with a guest star appearance. 3-5 PM
✨ Free Event & Parking: No entry fee, plus free street parking.
